QUESTION:
On 3-20-24 I was sentenced on case number 22CR06288 to two years state prison to be run concurrent to case number Slo23f0094a. I was supposed to be returned to Jamestown from santa barbara county but they did not return me and as of 4-29-24 cdc released me. As of 4-29-24 santa barbara county is refusing to let me out.
ANSWER:
Unless you had substantial custody credits in both cases, I don’t see how you could possibly have served a two year sentence that was imposed in March of 2024.
