QUESTION:
Presentence investigation report was fraudulent. No investigation whatsoever took place. I paid for an investigation though…. Probation officer knew it was fraudulent. Part of a conspiracy against me and of a bigger picture of some scumbag lawyers/cops/judges. Soooo more than just a fraudulent report? An example… DA asked a cop if he listened to my visits. Cop specifically said only 1 of them. Because in another visit, exculpatory evidence that would have destroyed the prosecutors case occurred. Other tricky verbal nonsense occurred. I can prove fraud. Any tips on how? I already know I’m doing a loss poor job of explaining.
ANSWER:
