You won’t be able to get a license until you complete the program. Most courts order you to complete some type of DMV approved class as a term of probation. But not all courts create review dates for you to come in and show completion of the class. So while you may not have a warrant if you completed all the other terms of your probation successfully. You might want to consult with an attorney in your area.
