QUESTION:
Police officers served a search warrant at my residence. I was given a copy of the warrant, however there seems to be pages missing. I was given pages 1-4 of 12 pages. I would like to get the remaining 8 pages. I do not believe that this portion was sealed because on the front of the warrant it states (something like) Hobbs requested yes or no and the no box is checked. Am I entitled to those pages and if so how do I get them?. Thank you
ANSWER:
Does it seem like those missing pages were the affidavit in support of the warrant? You might be able to obtain them with a motion to quash / traverse the search warrant.
