QUESTION:
I’m a lincensed security guard thru the state(BSIS). I am wondering if I can work for a marijuana dispensary while on their payroll. Will I be subject to felony gun laws while employed with the company. Since federally marijuana is still illegal but state it’s not. Thanks for any insight.
